NEW ENGLAND PIONEERS

The NESV Pioneers Hockey Program is committed to providing a fun, fair, and safe environment for all youth Girls hockey players in Southeastern MA. We strive to create an environment where players, coaches, parents and volunteers develop a love for the game, and a true respect for Girls hockey.

GOALS OF THE NEW ENGLAND PIONEERS PROGRAM:

* To promote and advance girls only hockey by providing the opportunity to play hockey at all novice and intermediate levels and evolving to, and sustaining at, an advanced level.

* To bring to our players the reward, confidence, and satisfaction associated with the experience of playing on, and becoming a part of, an ice hockey team.

* To promote positive personal characteristics in our players such as camaraderie, respect, dedication, sportsmanship, leadership, tenacity, generosity, and integrity on and off the ice.

* To bring our players parents, relatives, volunteers and fans a wholesome, positive experience watching the girls playing hockey.

* To help promote respect, trust, courtesy and good sportsmanship among all of our participants, including players, coaches, volunteers, parents and fans.

* To provide girls’ teams and/or associations with the necessary tools and organizational structure to allow these teams to better provide girls with a safe, fun, and well-organized hockey in which to participate.

* To promote and achieve overall continued growth and development of girls’ hockey in MA and New England.
